When will my order be shipped?

While our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible since every pant is custom-finished, it will take around 7 business days for our small team to cut, wash, hem, and finish your pants before packaging and shipping your order. As with all the best things in life, our pants take time! While you wait, take comfort in the knowledge that your order is being responsibly made with the highest quality right here in Los Angeles.

As a token of our gratitude for your patience and to offset the additional time required to finish your order, we offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders. If you order is expected to be delivered outside of the 2-day timeframe, you will receive a complimentary upgrade a UPS 2nd Day Air. Expedited delivery options are also available for purchase at checkout. All packages are shipped from Los Angeles, California via UPS.

Please note that we do not process or fulfill orders on weekends or federal holidays.
