Return Policy
Can I cancel or edit my order after I have placed it?
Since we begin the custom-finishing process as soon as an order is received, we are unfortunately unable to adjust or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you have any issues or concerns, however, please email us at customerservice@elimsdenim.com, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Can I return my purchase?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. All returns must be in the same condition as they were received - unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate your return, please go to https://elimsdenim.com/apps/return_prime. A shipping label will be provided and the return will be processed within 5 days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 3 to 8 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original form of payment.
Due to the custom-finishing of all orders, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and elims reserves the right to deny refunds for any returns that are worn, damaged, or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of our return policy.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time we are not offering exchanges; we recommend you return your order for a refund and place a new order.
I received the wrong item, or my order is faulty.
If you received the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@elimsdenim.com and we will work with you to correct the issue.
